Where Marketing Meets Product

Good marketing does not end at the headline. It continues through the loading state, the form fields, the thank-you message, and the way a visitor feels after they click.

That is why I enjoy work that sits between development and marketing. The code has to be reliable, but the experience also has to answer human questions:

  • What is this?
  • Is it for me?
  • What should I do next?
  • Can I trust it?

When those questions are handled with care, the site does more than look finished. It starts working.
